Resistor (suppresses electrical flows)
Resistor, as a circuit element of resistance, regulates currents and makes a specific voltage by suppressing electrical flow. Like this, resistors are used to adjust brightness, volume and sensitivity. The maximum allowable power is varying depending on resistors, it's because consumed energy at resistors is converted into heat energy. Because of this heat energy, the temperature of a resistor rises up. And if the temperature of a resistor exceeds the maximum allowable temperature, the resistor burns out,
Coil (it changes Current)
Coil is a coil typed circuit element with twined wires on it. When electricity is flowing through a coil, the coil creates magnetic fields with several effects by creating reaction forces, therefore it causes various effects. These are called solenoid and inductors.
Capacitor (Capacitor, Condenser - it stores electrical energy)
Capacitors are widely used to stabilize voltage and remove unnecessary noise and detects a specific frequency by charging and discharging cycles. It is made such that 2 sheets of electrodes face against each other and it could store more electrical energy by reducing gaps between two electrodes and widens its areas. There are dielectrics between two electrodes and capacitor could store more energy depending on substances used for dielectric.
